I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a nice view of Leme and Copacabana beaches, with plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars nearby. The rooftop pool provided a lovely view of Copacabana and the Christ the Redeemer statue. However, the room was a bit dated and the WiFi signal on the 11th floor was not the best.

The service was excellent overall, but there was one annoyingly rude individual during check-in. However, the staff was prompt, professional, and attentive to all our needs, even going as far as recovering items I had left behind and sending them to the airport before my departure.

The rooms were nice and spacious, offering an intimate view of the street, although they were a bit dated. Service was very friendly and professional, with prompt attention to every request. The dining experience was excellent, with a buffet that set us up for the day and a befitting selection for a 5-star hotel. The shower cleanliness and worn-out towels were minor drawbacks. Overall, great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect with a great view of Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain, and Copacabana Beach. The location couldn't have been better, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were a bit tired with a few marks, but having a sea view made up for it.
